  • Do not use automated systems to access or scrape platform content
  • Do not attempt to bypass platform security or access controls

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EMNEK Digital Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without our express written permission.

Course content is licensed for individual educational use only. Commercial use requires separate licensing.

Payments & Refunds

Course Purchases

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency (if available)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • Taxes may be added to prices where applicable

Refund Policy

  • 30-day refund for courses not accessed
  • 14-day refund for unsatisfactory courses (with explanation)
  • No refund after certificate issuance
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Community Standards

Termination & Account Closure

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be disabled
  • You will no longer be able to access purchased courses
  • Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period.
